Refund policy

1. Cancellation / Withdrawal Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return unopened and unused products, in accordance with EU consumer law.

2. Opened Products

Due to hygiene regulations, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned, except in the case of product defects or errors.

3. Return Process

To request a return, contact us at hello@skinormil.com with your order number and reason for the return.

We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions if applicable.

4. Return Shipping

Covered by us if the product is defective or sent in error

Covered by customer in all other cases

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and approving the returned item, using the original payment method.
