These Terms of Service govern your use of the websites skinormil.com and skinormil.fr, published by AG France SASU (see our Legal Notice). Purchases are governed by our Terms of Sale. By using the website, you accept these Terms.
1. Access to the website
The website is accessible free of charge to anyone with internet access. We may suspend or change all or part of the website, in particular for maintenance, without notice.
2. Customer account
You can create an account to follow your orders and take part in our loyalty programme. You must give accurate information and keep your login details confidential. We may suspend an account in the event of fraudulent use or breach of these Terms.
3. Product information
Product descriptions, routines and articles on our blog are given for information. They do not replace a medical diagnosis or the advice of a doctor, dermatologist or pharmacist. If you have a skin, scalp or intimate health condition, consult a healthcare professional.
4. Skinormil Rewards loyalty programme
Customers with an account can earn points (for example 1 point per euro spent, or points for creating an account or referring a friend) and redeem them for discounts, according to the rules displayed on the website. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and may be cancelled in case of a returned or cancelled order or fraud. We may change or end the programme with reasonable notice; points already earned can then be used for a period announced on the website.
5. Promotional codes
Discount codes are personal unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, and are valid for the period and under the conditions indicated.
6. Reviews and user content
When you post a review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience with the product. We may offer a discount as a thank-you for an honest review, regardless of its rating. Incentivized reviews are identified as such. The reward does not depend on a positive review. We do not publish reviews that are insulting, unlawful, off-topic or contain personal or medical data about third parties. We may answer reviews publicly. By posting, you allow us to display your review on our website and social media, with your first name and the initial of your last name.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, try to access it without authorisation, disrupt its operation, or copy its content in bulk.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the website belongs to AG France SASU or its partners and is protected. Any reproduction without our written consent is prohibited.
9. Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
10. Liability
We do our best to keep the website available and accurate, but cannot guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer.
