1. Seller

The products offered on skinormil.com and skinormil.fr are sold by AG France SASU (brand Skinormil Dermaceutique), share capital €25,000, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 537 555 310, SIRET 537 555 310 00011, intra-EU VAT number FR08537555310, registered office 7 Place de la Source, 92140 Clamart, France.

2. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on our website by consumers. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. The applicable version is the one online on the date of your order.

3. Products

Our products are cosmetic products. Their essential characteristics (composition, directions for use, precautions, volume) are described on each product page and on the packaging. Products are offered while stocks last. Photos are as faithful as possible but are not contractually binding.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (or in the local currency selected), including all applicable taxes for deliveries within the European Union. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be charged by the destination country and are payable by the recipient. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

5. Orders

You select your products, check your basket, choose a delivery method and pay. The contract is concluded when you click the payment button and your payment is accepted. A confirmation email summarising your order is then sent to you. We may cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, a payment problem or a previous unresolved dispute with the customer.

6. Payment

Payment is made online by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or any other method shown at checkout. Payments are processed by secure payment providers; we never have access to your full card details.

7. Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 working hours by Chronopost. Delivery times and costs depend on the destination and the method chosen, and are displayed at checkout. Free shipping thresholds are described in our Shipping Policy. If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please note your reservations with the carrier and contact us within 3 days.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. To do so, send us a clear statement (email to hello@skinormil.com, or the withdrawal form below), then return the products within 14 days of your notification.

Exception: under Article L221-28 5° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. Unopened, sealed products can be returned.

We refund all sums paid, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may defer the refund until we receive the products. The cost of returning the products is borne by you, unless the product is defective or we made an error.

9. Legal guarantees

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

Under the legal guarantee of conformity, you have 2 years from delivery to act. You may choose between repair or replacement of the product, free of charge; if this is impossible, you may obtain a price reduction or a refund. Any lack of conformity appearing within 24 months of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. Under the guarantee against hidden defects, you may act within 2 years of discovering the defect and choose between cancelling the sale or a price reduction.

10. Liability

Please read the directions and precautions for use before using any product. We cannot be held liable for damage resulting from use that does not comply with these instructions. In case of reaction or intolerance, stop using the product and consult a healthcare professional.

11. Personal data

Your personal data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Customer service, complaints and mediation

For any question or complaint, contact us first at hello@skinormil.com or by telephone. If no amicable solution is found within 2 months of your written complaint, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: CMAP – Centre de Médiation et d'Arbitrage de Paris (consumer mediation service of the Paris Chamber of Commerce), 39 avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt, 75008 Paris, France – www.cmap.fr – consommation@cmap.fr, in accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

13. Applicable law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. This does not deprive consumers resident in another EU country of the protection of the mandatory provisions of their country of residence. In the absence of an amicable solution, disputes will be brought before the competent courts.

14. Promotional offers and free gifts

Promotional offers (for example seasonal sales, quantity discounts or free gifts) are valid for the dates and under the conditions shown on the website, while stocks last. Unless stated otherwise, they are applied automatically in the basket and cannot be combined with each other or with discount codes.

Any reduction announced as a percentage or an amount is calculated from the lowest price charged on our website in the 30 days before the offer began.

Free gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or for another product. If you return part of an order that included a free gift, we refund the price you actually paid for the returned products, after any discount, and the gift is yours to keep.

In the event of an obvious pricing or display error (for example a price far below the usual price because of a technical error), we may cancel the orders concerned and refund them in full.
