The products offered on www.skinormil.com are available while supplies last. Each product includes a description and specifications provided by the brand.

All prices are listed in euros (€). For customers within the European Union, prices are displayed VAT included (TTC).

For customers outside of the EU, prices are shown excluding VAT, and additional taxes, customs duties, or import charges may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations. These costs are not covered by Skinormil and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

4. Orders

completed. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of fraud, payment issues, or disputes with the customer.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through trusted partners such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and others. We do not store any payment data on our servers.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped via La Poste, Colissimo, or Boxtal. Delivery time varies depending on the destination and delivery method chosen by the customer.

7. Right of Withdrawal

According to EU law, customers have 14 days from delivery to cancel their order and request a return, except for opened or used skincare products due to hygiene and safety regulations.

If a product is defective or incorrect, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

8. Returns and Refunds

If your return is accepted, return shipping is covered by us only if we made a mistake or sent a faulty product. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and approve the returned item.
